Thank you for shopping at Maeve & Grace Dublin. We are committed to providing a transparent return and refund process.
This policy applies to all customers purchasing from Maeve & Grace Dublin.
Customers may request a return within 30 days of confirmed delivery. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
All original tags must remain attached.
Proof of purchase, such as your order number, is required.
Sale items marked as final sale and gift cards are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
Return Authorization Required:
To initiate a return, please email info@maevegrace.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Approved returns may need to be sent to our designated international return facility, which may be located in China depending on the item and fulfilment source.
Return Shipping:
If the return is initiated by the customer, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the return is due to an incorrect or defective item, we will provide appropriate assistance.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days, subject to applicable law and the processing time of your bank or payment provider.
